This week I am writing about two things. First, my long-term goal to become a leader at the intersection of my interests. Secondly, how I plan to work my way there.
Recapping:
As stated in last week's essay, I have defined my motivations as (1) building companies where people prioritized over short-term profits, (2) helping solve the climate crisis, and (3) creating a more equitable world by way of the ESG data tracking industry.
The Vision:
My goal is to one day be running an Accelerator/Incubator/VC firm that builds businesses within these spaces (ESG, ClimateTech, and Talent). This would play well into my capabilities of collecting and correlating, seemingly unrelated, data (currently done within my team).
The Plan:
This is obviously a rough draft on how to achieve my goal because as we all know, Plans are what…
