Here is a quick recap of my goals for 2021. I’ve taken the bullet points from my 2021 Goals Post where I just realized I spelled Assess wrong.
- Hit 400k of total billings
✅ I ended up hitting $438k for the year. I’m quite proud of this because I was really far behind going into June but was able to turn things around with focused work and a little luck. - Run 400 miles
✅ Despite also getting off to a really slow start because of Wisconsin winter and ice, I ended up catching up to my halfway point in June and then hit the 400 mark in early December. This may not seem like a big number to runners but being a new runner I am really proud of this number. - Launch my CleanTech Podcast, Newsletter, & Slack Channel
✅ Podcast has 26 episodes. The newsletter goes out monthly. And the Slack Channel is established (not hyperactive but established). - Make Principal Consultant
✅ Made Principal as of December 1st. This one I’m really proud of as well. It was only possible through the incredible support that I had every day from my co-workers and boss. SO to Adam for helping me push despite a rough start at the beginning of the year. - Write Monthly Recap Posts
