I feel that I'm currently in a situation where, in my league (I'm 21 and doing pretty well in life with decent confidence) many women are indeed quite attracted to me once we start a solid conversation, but most of the time I don't feel the spark on my end after the initial rush and once the first 2-3 weeks go by, things feel like they are dying most of the time because of one of two reasons.

Firstly, after getting to know them I recognize a few things that make us as a longterm item incompatible.

or Secondly, they check all of my mental boxes, but there is still something missing.

Do you have any advice on how to handle these situations/how to avoid them?
