What I’ve Learned About DEI

Over the past few months, I’ve read 5 books on the topic of DEI and I wanted to create a brief summary of what I’ve learned. It’s my intention to write a more in-depth analysis in the future but to help retain what I’ve learned I’m writing a quick bit.

As a note, I’m quite new to the topic of DEI. I was raised in a very closed-minded community in northern Wisconsin where these things were not taught or discussed…
