This month I am learning how to write better blog posts as I embark on my journey of daily blogging for my entire life. I no longer write for a high word count, like in school. Instead, I write for a low word count.

Keep it short. Readers appreciate this. It demonstrates your appreciation of their time. You won’t be writing useless words thus saving you time.

Only make the points you need to.

Using fewer words is an exercise in being concise.

You will get more reads. If a blog is shorter, it requires less time to read and as a result, gets more reads. You will gain a reputation as a concise writer, adding return readers.

You will gain more traction. Being concise leads to clear understanding which also leads to more opportunities.

Less equals more. Less expounding means more supporting points touched.

You can be comedic. Just do it at the beginning and THE END.
