Sherlock Holmes’ mind castle.

For me, committing to things publicly has always helped me to stay focused on the goal. That is what I am doing right now.

This morning I took time to meditate for just 10 min, and during my meditation, I went to a “mind castle” and I decided that I am going to take this month of BASB to also build a mind castle that has a room for each task. This will help me to get into the disposition to work on that specific task at that moment, and helping me stay free from distraction.

The First Room: HQ

I know that this will not be an overnight task but I am decided on doing it. My first room, AKA my headquarters, is a desk, with my mac on it. Surrounding my is a luscious, green, breezy summer forest. The sunlight is trickling in through the leaves. I am calm and focused. There are no nearby highways to distract me with sounds of angry drivers. Just me, the woods, and my task. Another thing on my desk is, a place to place my thumbprint in order to bring up the desired file from the archives of my mind castle. The catacombs if you will.
