Will your life be looked at as interesting, or will you not be looked on at all?

In·ter·est·ing, “arousing curiosity or interest; holding or catching the attention.”

Based on this definition we will discuss the topic of being interesting.

Does it matter?

Does being interesting matter? Matter, meaning, will it help you to follow your true calling in life. If you are a Christian like me, you take this as meaning, is being interesting part of what God wants me to do to follow His plan for my life? Is it part of how He wants me to affect others?

My answer to these questions would be yes. If you disagree please comment on your thoughts. I would establish that it does matter because if you are interesting you are most likely a well-rounded person who has something unique about them. If you are interesting you can help others see life from a perspective different than that of mainstream society.

Does being interesting mean I need to stand out?

I would argue yes and no. It depends on what sense you mean. Does it mean you have to stand out in a large crowd of people? Not necessarily. You can be the most interesting person there but completely blend in. The part of you that is interesting might not have anything to do with your outward appearance but rather your intellectual side. However the reverse can also be said about standing out…
